Reinforced Mechanism

The updated cutting mechanism ensures stable and precise operation with films up to 7H hardness, including complex contours and dense materials. Accuracy up to 0.1 mm allows for precise cutting of films without damage, while a blade pressure of up to 1500 g enables achieving the desired result on the first try.

Support for Large Formats

The NanoForce 7H plotter works with materials up to 17 inches. The maximum feeding width is 373 mm, and the cutting width is up to 293 mm. This expands the device's capabilities, making it convenient for various types of films: from smartphones to tablets, laptops, and automotive displays. The geometry of the working area is designed to minimize material waste.

Automatic Settings

The system based on Android 12 with updated software from Proove automatically detects the film type and independently adjusts the cutting parameters according to the density and structure of the material. This reduces defects, saves setup time, and guarantees a successful result regardless of the operator's experience. An operating speed of up to 500 mm/s allows for quick film cutting without loss of quality.

Up-to-date Layout Database

The template database updates automatically when a Wi-Fi connection is available without manual downloading, allowing you to start working with them immediately and keeping the service relevant for all the latest device models. Parameter settings and work profile creation are performed via a 7-inch touchscreen display. Support for Wi-Fi 2.4/5.0 GHz and Bluetooth 4.2 simplifies device integration into the workflow.
